Quayside Courtyard

Appledore Primary School approached us looking for an outdoor learning zone inspired by a quayside theme that captured children’s imaginations and encouraged their interest in history and outdoor fitness.

The school had already purchased some plastic planter pots and planned to use them in the new area. We created some bespoke planters to house these planter pots and designed them to look like shipping crates, stackable and freestanding so can be moved and relocated if required.

We included engravings on the bespoke Crate Planters and nautical engravings on the Engraved Archway with Totems to enhance the quayside theme.
