I don’t know what outdoor play equipment I need?

With our extensive knowledge we can advise on the different equipment that is available depending on your needs.

I don’t know what will fit into the playground space that I have available?

Our playground specialist can advise you what play equipment will fit into your available space to comply with safety standards.

What sort of wood do you use in the play areas?

We use quality pressure treated play grade redwood timber from FSC certified forests.

Are the playground products guaranteed?

All of our timber equipment is guaranteed for 20 years and our safety surfacing is guaranteed for 5 years.

Will my playground swing rust?

All of our metal work is galvanised and will last for years, this is backed by a 10 year guarantee for your peace of mind.

Do you offer site appointments to come and look at the space I have available?

We offer FREE site appointments (subject to site location) to go through options with you for your play area and figure out how to make the most of your space and budget.

Can you design a childrens playground for me?

If you are unsure about a design for your new playground our experienced playground specialists will be able to design a playground that conforms to safety standards that you can approve and change until you are happy.

Can you just supply me with your outdoor play products?

There are certain products that are free standing that we can just supply to you.

How long does it take to install my playground?

Depending on the size and equipment you have being installed will depend how long the job will take. This can be anything from 1 Day to a week but we do try to be as efficient as possible to minimise disruption.

What if something goes wrong?

Unforeseen problems do sometimes occur but we will work with you to reach a solution that you will be happy with.
