Grass Mat

Grass mat tile safety surfacing is popular in playgrounds and outdoor play spaces and is extremely cost effective. After the matting has been installed grass will begin to grow through the holes which in time can hide the mats almost entirely. This enables protection against injuries that could occur from a trip or fall while also maintaining the natural look of the outdoor area. Ground reinforcement mesh can be laid under the grass mats to provide additional strength and stability.

– Grass mat tiles are recommended to be installed onto a good grass sward. Topsoil, seed / turf may be required prior / during grass mat installation. Ground reinforcement mesh may also be required.
– Grass mat tile specification dependent upon the CFH of the equipment it is installed beneath.
